In keeping with its commitment to excellence and responsible farming, all Christopher Ranch garlic is USDA-certified and meets exacting internal quality standards. In addition, the company practices stringent field rotation programs to sustain and improve growing areas by preventing over-farming, soil depletion and overuse of resources.

Christopher Ranch offers a wide range of garlic products for foodservice that maximize convenience and minimize waste, including Whole Peeled Garlic, Roasted Peeled Garlic, Fresh Chopped Garlic, Chopped and Crushed Garlic in Oil, Fresh Pesto and Organic Garlic. All Christopher Ranch products are Kosher certified; Christopher Ranch Organic products are USDA certified organic.
Ready-to-use Peeled Garlic is 100% natural with no additives or preservatives and will stay fresh 7 weeks from pack date with constant refrigeration at 34-38 degrees Fahrenheit. Pack availability includes easy access, wide-mouth containers (3 lb. and 5 lb.), 5 lb. bags, and 30 lb. pail and poly bag in box.
Processed sliced, minced, crushed and pickled garlic in 32 oz. jars have a shelf life of 3 years from date of manufacture, and up to 3 months in refrigerator after opening.
With product grown and packed in California, Christopher Ranch minimizes delivery time by shipping from strategically located, regional distribution centers.
